With a career spanning over two decades in corporate finance, David has excelled in enhancing shareholder value across diverse industries such as financial services, travel, retail, logistics, software, and construction. His achievements include orchestrating over $1 billion in debt transactions, securing $400 million in equity fundraising, and managing 8 successful M&A deals.
